We believe in the quality of our dental work and want to pass on that confidence to you. Keep up on your dental routine 3, 4, or 6-month dental cleaning checkups and maintenance as needed and if something breaks, we have done, we’ll fix it.

Warranty Details:
Crowns that are on implants that FAIL will be replaced at cost if the failure is the consequence of the implant failure and NOT the prosthetics.

Warranty is only valid for active patients and applies to normal function. Warranty is void if the patient fails to appear within 30 days of their required appointment for periodic evaluation. For the warranty to remain valid, you must complete your treatment with our office and keep your subsequent maintenance appointments (every 3, 4, or 6 months), along with using any prescribed fluoride or bite guard treatments, all of which are subject to normal or discounted charges, during the same 5-year period. Exemptions: Act of war or Terrorism
